As a business unit of Scottsdale Healthcare, Fit City Scottsdale is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to promote healthy lifestyle choices in our community that will lead us to be the "Fittest City" in America.
Scottsdale Healthcare's Fit City Scottsdale combines all of the best programs, activities and education opportunities in one location so that Scottsdale residents and visitors will have access to all that our community has to offer in the world of health and wellness. We want your help in educating residents of all the excellent health and wellness opportunities available to them right next to both work and home.
We accomplish this by providing our community with resources and connections needed to achieve a healthy lifestyle. By providing sound, evidence-based information in our three focus areas (fitness, nutrition, and wellness), Scottsdale Healthcare's Fit City Scottsdale assists members to achieve their personal goals.
To promote and increase awareness of our organization, we will hold al "Kick Off" event annually in January. In addition, there are a variety of signature events that Scottsdale Healthcare's Fit City Scottsdale sponsors to promote healthy lifestyles within the community. These events will range from physical activities and nutrition to family activities.
